Named for the local construction equipment manufacturer, JCB. Home to their North American Headquarters they have already become a significant landmark in Savannah. The 500,000 square foot state-of-the art facility cost $62 million and is set on 1,064 acres of neighboring property. This hole is the first of two back Par 5's. A long fairway that narrows off. The right side has a marshgrass brook, while the left is blocked by elevated sand traps that discourage low-rolling drives. Water and sand guard the left of the green with large bunkers on the right. Avoid the hazards and a smooth second shot leaves a short chip and a good opportunity for birdie.
